Introduction Incentives
The reason for Introduction Incentives is because FOCUS hinges and grows on referrals. Your good word about FOCUS, our workouts, our intensity, our training environment, our commitment to the athletes, our experience and relationships, speaks volumes.
Parents want to hear about what other parents think, athletes want to do what teammates are doing, and coaches look for upper hand opportunities. It means more coming from you then it will ever mean coming from me.
To participate in Introduction Incentives you have three options. There’s no limit on on how many times you can participate or the number of people you can introduce. Keep in mind these incentives will be at my discretion, but they’re offered to benefit both you and FOCUS.
Option 1: You Get $55.00
Introduce parents and athletes to FOCUS. If the parents and athlete come to a FOCUS workout or meet with me individually, agree to enroll in a program, you receive a gift certificate for $55.00.
Example: Steve tells me about an athlete he knows who’s interested in training. He connects the athlete to me via email and phone. A meeting is set with the athlete, her Dad, and me. She completes The Simple 7 and decides to join FOCUS. Steve gets a $55.00 gift certificate.
Option 2: You Get $55.00
Initiate or aid in setting a meeting with me and an administrator, booster member, club organization, coach, etc. at their location. If a paid demo workout is scheduled and completed at their location, or I complete a paid consulting visit, you receive a gift certificate for $55.00.
Example: A parent is pleased with his son’s progress – thinks this is something his high school team needs. The parent talks to the coach and connects the coach to me. A meeting is set to meet at the high school and evaluate their current program. I complete a paid demo workout for the team. The parent gets a $55.00 gift certificate.
Option : Bring a Buddy = Complimentary Workout
Bring a buddy to a training session and receive a Complimentary Workout. Your buddy must participate in the complete workout. This serves as a test run for both your buddy and FOCUS.
Example: Drake has a friend who is new to training for athletic development. They’re interested but not sure if it’s for them. Drake invites an athlete to try out a Sunday workout. Drake notifies me in advance and the athlete completes a Sunday workout. Drake gets a complementary workout. Note: All athletes under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. The complimentary workout doesn’t extend your workout package – you simply get an extra workout within the expiration date.
