  • In recounting my last 4 plus years with you and over 400 workouts with you , I came up with a long list of positive attributes with your program…

    -Individualized training; a “hands-on” approach with much detailed advice that associates directly to the athlete.

    -Movements are specific to FOCUS training; athletes will not find a more helpful and diverse workout system.

    -Going the extra effort; Ryan will work with an athlete after-hours regardless of time limit if an athlete expresses a need for help or just a desire to put in the extra effort.

    -Leadership opportunities; through working with other athletes of various skill levels and sports, the athlete is provided many interactions and leadership opportunities that can be taken advantage of….just a few of the countless positive attributes that are associated with the FOCUS program.     “As a former collegiate cyclist and triathlete, and current martial artist, fitness enthusiast and volleyball coach, I have met a number of individuals in the athletic training community. Few have the knowledge and dedication that Ryan Rizor has. He has a deep understanding of human physiology and movement. He is always looking for the most recent training techniques while tirelessly improving and integrating tried and true methods.

    I’ve found, over the years, that many trainers are not willing to share their knowledge or act as though they are the “end all be all” of sports performance. Their arrogance and clandestine ways is disheartening for a coach who tries to better himself and his team.

    Mr. Rizor is very much a contrast to this. He has been more than willing to help me understand new training methodologies, movements, and techniques. He graciously took his time to come to my school and provide me with a training session. He asked for nothing in return, but offered his services because of his ongoing desire to propel all athletes to their highest performance capabilities.
