Programs & Pricing

I'm guessing your high school weight room doesn't look like this...
If I had it may way, I would clone myself a thousand times and put a full time strength & conditioning coach in every high school across the US. I would design the biggest weight rooms with 20 power racks and 20 platforms. We’d have pull up bars hanging from the ceiling and plyo boxes as far as the eye could see. Connected to the weight room would be a full 100 yd indoor turf field plus a multi-use floor for court sports. There would be tons and tons of nutritious food free for the taking…
Knowing every high school doesn’t have the best facilities let alone a structured developmental program I’ve created several programs that I consider the next best thing. Some of these programs are offered at our training locations while others take place at your school or facility.

STRENGTH TRAINING is our most comprehensive program offered on a continual basis year round. Programs are designed that take the athlete through an annual weight training plan covering in-season, post-season, off-season, and pre-season.
Sessions take place at our Robinson location inside Finish First Sports Performance weight training center.

SPEED, AGILITY, & CONDITIONING sessions target movements and exercises that help athletes playing field sports get faster, more explosive, and agile.
Expect more powerful vertical jumps, faster sprint times, and quicker reactions. Workouts take place in the 45,00 square foot indoor turf field at Southpointe Fieldhouse.
